A comment under a video counts 1.
The plain form counts 1.
The sign-in hub counts 1, one vote per person per poll, changeable any time.
An email counts 2.
A donation counts 2.
A crew member counts 3.
A sprite sponsor counts 5, a map sponsor counts 5.
A scene request counts 10, and is always reviewed, never guaranteed.

Two numbers run side by side. Hub votes are the live count from the sign-in hub, refreshed every minute. Points are every channel added up with the weights above, and they are recounted when the ledger is read. Every bar on a question with a hub poll is drawn from the live hub votes, with the points written underneath.

The plain form and comments cannot be deduplicated, so the board counts votes, not people. Only the sign-in hub knows how many different people voted, and that is the number under "People signed in".
